Water Rates, Fees, and Other Charges

Bills are due upon presentation and considered past due after the 26th of each month.  Late Fees are assessed after 30 days at 10% of the total account balance. Customers are given 60 days to pay all past-due amounts before their water service is disconnected. Our Water disconnection Fee is broken into five parts: beginning with an initial 10-day Notice Tag for $10, followed by a 72-hour tag with SB-998 Packet for $20, then a 48-hour Tag for $10, a 24-hour Tag for $10, and finally, a Delinquent Account turn-off/on fee of $50—a possible security deposit of $200 to unlock the water service (if not already paid during account creation).
